Before We Begin

Having these items ready will help us provide an accurate quote and start your project faster. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can help you figure it out during our discovery phase.

Essential Information

1. Business Overview

- What does your business do?
- Who is your target audience?
- What problem are you solving?
- Who are your main competitors?

2. Project Goals

- What do you want to achieve with this project?
- How will you measure success? (KPIs)
- What is your launch deadline?
- Are there any regulatory or compliance requirements?

3. Budget Range

Having a rough budget range helps us recommend the right approach:

- Under $500 — Simple websites, landing pages
- $1,500 - $5,000 — Business web applications, custom websites
- $5,000 - $25,000 — E-commerce platforms, mobile apps
- $25,000+ — Enterprise solutions, complex platforms

4. Content & Branding

- Existing brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts)
- Content (text, images, videos) or need for content creation
- Domain name (existing or need to purchase)
- Social media accounts

Helpful (But Optional)

Reference Websites/Apps

Share 3-5 examples of websites or apps you like, noting:
- What you like about each
- Features you want to replicate
- Design styles that appeal to you

User Stories

If you can describe what your users need to do:
- "As a customer, I want to browse products and add them to cart"
- "As an admin, I want to manage orders and inventory"

Technical Preferences

If you have existing systems or preferences:
- Current hosting provider
- Existing databases or APIs to integrate
- Preferred technologies (if any)
- Third-party services (payment gateways, email providers, etc.)

Wireframes or Sketches

Even rough sketches on paper help us understand your vision:
- Page layouts
- Navigation structure
- Key features placement

What Happens Next

Once you share this information (even partially), we will:

1. Review your requirements within 1-2 business days
2. Schedule a discovery call to clarify details
3. Provide a detailed proposal within 3-5 business days
4. Begin work upon approval and initial payment
